Sakonnet Plumbing and Heating Inc. was established in 1978 by David (Zeke) Wordell. Zeke's reputation for honesty and service is the cornerstone on which Sakonnet Plumbing and Heating Inc. was built. Our Company has kept its small town flavor while providing superior plumbing and heating services, repairs and installations for large residential projects, small businesses, and the individual homeowners in Little Compton and surrounding communities.

The business has evolved over the years with Bob Cabral becoming a partner in 1980. The Company incorporated in 1984 and Jim Waite came aboard as a partner in 1995 with Zeke's son Sidney becoming a partner in 2000. Jim since retired and in 2016 Bob Cabral passed the torch to David Wordell (Zeke's Grandson) and Steve Furtado. Both David and Steve have years of dedicated service, experience, and expertise with Sakonnet Plumbing and Heating and fully intend to deliver honest quality work. 

Sakonnet Plumbing and Heating Inc. is active within the community and is a sponsor of many local events. 

Licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, a staff of four Master Plumbers and two Apprentice Plumbers, continue to provide a commitment of excellence with continuing education on the latest plumbing and heating techniques.
